One of the most important things about health is eating healthy and having a balanced diet, sport is critical too but this page is mainly on healthy food.


Step one of eating healthy is vegetables.

Vegetables taste great if you prepare them in the right way, for example salad is a great way to eat veggies so they taste delicious!!!


Step 2 is fruit.

Fruit tastes no matter how you prepare then as you can eat them alone or with so custard maybe !!! 


Step 3 is carbs.

Carbs give you energy so when you are excising you have loads of energy. Also they taste great no matter how you prepare them.
